基于FPGA的全景监控系统的研究和实现

摘要 综合国内外监控技术的发展特点,同时为了弥补市面上监控系统的监控范围、监控点数、监控质量的不足,介绍了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的360°全景视频采集和网络传输系统的实现方法。设计中采用8个CMOS图像传感器OV9650采集全景视频,由一片复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)对视频数据进行预处理然后送给FPGA,在FPGA内进行两路缓存,一路缓存传给由2个NIOS II软核和相应外设组成的SOPC系统,其中2个NIOS II软核分别负责接收全景视频数据并缓存、打包视频数据并进行网络传输,由PC机接收实现远程监控;另一路缓存传给由ADV7123(DA芯片)构成的VGA显示模块,接上CRT显示器播放实现本地常规监控。该系统选择Altera公司提供的FPGA开发板作为实验平台,测试结果表明该全景监控系统达到了预期目标。 In order to make up for the insufficiency in the monitoring range, monitoring points and monitoring quali-ty of the monitoring system sold on the market, by synthesizing the development characteristics of surveillance tech-nologies in China and abroad, this paper introduces a method of panoramic video capturing and network transmis-sion system based on the field-programmable gate array (FPGA). Eight CMOS image sensors called OV9650 areused to capture video data in the design. The video data are cached in two ways in FPGA after being pre-processedby a complex programmable logic device (CPLD) chip. Some data are used to realize remote surveillance, whichare inputted to the SOPC system consisting of dual NIOS II soft-cores and relevant peripherals, among which thedual NIOS II soft-cores are responsible for accepting, caching and packing video data and network transmission,then the video data are accepted and played by a computer; The others are used to realize local surveillance, whichare inputted to the VGA module consisting of ADV7123 chips, i.e. DA chips, then the video data are displayed bya displayer. The system chooses FPGA development board provided by Altera as the test platform. The experimentalresults illustrate that the panoramic monitoring system can achieve the expected goals.
