能源革命本质是运用信息技术利用新能源的低碳能源革命和清洁能源革命,决定了能源革命必须推动煤炭革命。煤炭行业要充分认清形势并实现自我革命,大力推动煤矿"互联网+"升级,大力发展煤炭清洁高效利用,全面提升科技创新能力,全面推进体制机制改革,努力构建智慧、安全、清洁、高效的煤炭生产和利用体系。
The revolution of energy resources is to fulfill low carbon energy and clean energy by using information technology to utilize the new energy resources, which means that the reformation of coal industry must be implemented. Therefore, coal industry should fully understand the severe situation and take revelation by themselves. For instance, promoting ＂internet plus＂ evolution, developing clean and high effective utilization of coal industry, improving scientific and technological innovation capacity and boosting institutional mechanism reform in order to establish the intelligence, safety, clean and high efficiency production and utilization system of coal industry.
