In this paper, taking the advantages of the three dimensional flexibility combination welding fixture characteristics, flexibility, economy, accuracy, repeatability, rugged durability, consistency, small tolerance etc., multi species market demand of locomotive capacitor for different manufacturers is satisfied;The application of highly flexible welding fixture in locomotive capacitor is discussed.
