微膨胀石墨正极锂离子电容器性能研究

Performance of Lithium Ion Capacitors Using Mild Expanded Graphite as Cathode

摘要 研究了以微膨胀石墨为正极,分别以微膨胀石墨、硬碳及不同嵌锂量的硬碳为负极的锂离子电容器,通过对比不同样品间的容量、交流阻抗及循环性能等得出结论。硬碳嵌锂电位控制在0.005 V的样品具有较好的循环周期性,8 000次循环后容量保持率为90.1%,且80C倍率放电容量保持率为64.2%。 In this paper,lithium ion capacitors are studied,taking mild expanded graphite as cathode,the mild expanded graphite,hard carbon,and hard carbon with different Li+ pre-doping as anode. By comparing the capacity,EIS and cycle performance of different samples,the conclusion is drawn. The sample of Li+pre-doping hard carbon as anode has the best performance,and the more Li+ pre-doping,the better the capacity. The sample of 0.005 V hard carbon has the best cycle performance,capacity retention rate is 90.1% after 8 000 cycle,and the retention rate is 64.2% at 80 C.
