摘要 目的通过检测胃癌及癌旁组织中Akt,ERK1/2,Bcl-2及NF-κB的表达,探讨MAPKs和PI3K信号通路之间的关系及其在胃癌发展过程的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测62对胃癌及癌旁组织中Akt,ERK1/2,Bcl-2和NF-κB蛋白的表达情况。结果胃癌中Akt,ERK1/2,Bcl-2及NF-κB蛋白的阳性表达率均高于其癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。胃癌组织Akt蛋白表达与ERK1/2蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.272,P=0.026),结论 MAPKs信号通路、PI3K信号通路激活与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expressions of Akt,ERK1 /2,Bcl- 2 and NF- κB in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues,and discuss the relationship between MAPKs and PI3 K pathways and their role in the development of gastric cancer. Methods Expressions of Akt,ERK1 /2,Bcl- 2 and NF- κB proteins were examined in 62 gastric cancer and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of Akt,ERK1 /2,Bcl- 2 and NF- κB proteins in gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in it's adjacent tissues,the difference has statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Expression of Akt and ERK1 /2 proteins were in a positive correlation( rs = 0. 282,P = 0. 026). Conclusion The activation of MAPKs and PI3 K pathways is closely related to the development of gastric cancer.
