孝感市气传真菌调查结果与哮喘关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查孝感城区气传真菌的种类、数量变化及飘散规律,了解优势菌群与支气管哮喘的关系,为孝感市空气真菌致支气管哮喘的防治提供参考。方法:2012年1月1日至2013年12月31日,在孝感市设曝片点,每日换片,收集全年气传真菌样品,在显微镜下统计,定量获得每天及全年的真菌数量。统计同期在孝感市中心医院呼吸科门诊及住院的支气管哮喘的病人数,并测定其过敏原,分析其相关性。结果:全年均可见真菌孢子,共收集统计真菌孢子17044个,真菌种类20种,其中最常见的有链格孢、锈菌、黑粉菌等,其数量和季节、气候有关,以春季、夏季最多,秋季和冬季依次降低。支气管哮喘的发病亦呈现以春季、夏季最多,秋季和冬季依次降低的特点,与气传真菌分布密切相关。结论:气传真菌全年均有分布并具有较强的规律性,部分真菌具有明显的季节性变化,气传真菌孢子的飘散与季节、气候有着密切的关系。支气管哮喘同样具有明显的季节性变化,支气管哮喘发病与气传真菌分布密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the variety of the airborne fungi,the quantity changes and the way it spread about in Xiaogan area and study the relationship between the dominant airborne fungi and Asthma.Methods:The annual fungi samples had been collected from exposed points in Xiaogan city daily from Jan.1 2012 to Dec.31 2013.The quantity and variety of the samples had been calculated through microscope.And meanwhile both the Asthma inpatients and outpatients had been calculated in the respiration department of the Central Hospital of Xiaogan,with allergen determined and correlation analysis conducted.Results:The fungi spores were available all the year.More than 20 kinds of airborne fungi,17044 fungi spores in total,were collected.Among those the most common fungi were uredinales,ustilaginales and alternaria.The quantity of Fungi spores was related with seasons and weather,the most abundant fungi spores in spring and summer.Therefore the incidence of Asthma was higher in spring and summer,closely related to the distribution of airborne fungi.Conclusion:The airborne fungi are distributed all the year around regularly,and many of them change with seasons.Spread of Fungi spores is closely related to seasons and weather,and so does the incidence of Asthma.It is concluded that incidence of Asthma is closely related to distribution of airborne fungi.
