奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗轻症急性胰腺炎疗效分析

Analysis of Effects of Octreotide Combined with Ulinastatin in Treatment of Mild Acute Pancreatitis

目的：探讨奥曲肽联合乌司他丁疗法治疗轻症急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法：以2014年6月至2015年5月收诊的轻症急性胰腺炎38例患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各19例，两组均给予综合治疗。对照组患者在上述基础上给予奥曲肽，观察组患者同时给予奥曲肽和乌司他丁治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组患者住院时间为3～19（9．6±4．2）d，总有效率100．0％；对照组患者住院时间为6～23（12．3±5．3）d，总有效率89．5％。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者的白细胞、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、C-反应蛋白恢复正常时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈o．05）。结论：奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗轻症急性胰腺炎能起到协同治疗作用，相比单一用药患者可缩短住院时间，能显著降低患者白细胞、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、C-反应蛋白水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of octreotide combined with ulinastatin in treatment of mild acute pancreatitis.Methods:38patients with mild acute pancreatitis had been selected in the Central hospital of Jingzhou from June 2014 to May 2015,and all the patients had been randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,comprehensive treatment for both the groups first.Then octreotide had been applied to the patients in the control group and octreotide combined with ulinastatin for those in the observation group.The treatment effects of the two groups had been observed.Results:The length of stay and the total effective rate in the observation group were 3~19(9.6±4.2)days and100%respectively,and those in the control group were 6~23(12.3±5.3)days and 89.5%.The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The level of leukocyte,blood-amylase and urine-amylase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the recovery time of c-reactive protein and the length of stay were less,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Octreotide combined with ulinastatin can achieve synergistic effects,shorten the length of stay and reduce the level of leukocyte,blood-amylase,urine-amylase and c-reactive protein significantly.The therapy is worth spreading clinically.
