血塞通联合普洛迪治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Xuesaitong Combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for the Treatment of Ischemic Cerebral Apoplexy

目的:观察血塞通联合普洛迪治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年6月本院收治的缺血性脑卒患者158例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各79例。对照组给予普洛迪治疗,观察组给予血塞通和普洛迪联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果:两组患者治疗前神经功能缺损评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率95.0%明显高于对照组的77.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现与药物相关不良反应。结论:血塞通联合普洛迪治疗缺血性脑卒中可有效改善患者神经功能缺损,疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuesaitong combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.Method：158 patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,79 cases in each group.The control group was given Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for treatment,the observation group wasgiven Xuesaitong combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for treatment.The neurological function defect situation before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in neurological function defect score between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）,and the neurological function defect score of the observation group after treatment was obviously lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 77.2% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion：Xuesaitong combined with Troxerutin and Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection for the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy can effectively improve the patients＇ neurologic deficits,curative effect is distinct,less adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
