摘要
目的探讨一种自制O形支架管在治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄手术中的应用疗效。方法选取2006年6月至2012年12月在滕州市中心人民医院住院治疗的复杂性后尿道狭窄患者共64例,其中采用自制O形管联合尿道扩张治疗的患者32例作为治疗组,单纯应用尿道扩张器扩张的患者32例作为对照组,对两组的临床资料行两组独立样本t检验和χ2检验。结果采用O形管支架管治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄术后疗效优于对照组,两组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复杂性后尿道狭窄患者术后留置O形管支架管为一种有效的治疗手段,有在基层医院进一步推广的价值。
Objective To explore a new method of using a stem following complex posterior urethra stricture operation. Methods From June 2006 to December 2012, 32 patients with complex posterior urethral strictures received O-shaped stent therapy were enrolled as the trial group, while 32 patients with the same disease receivied the traditional urethral dilatation as the control group. The results in the two groups were observed and compared by t tests and X2 tests. Results The curative effect of trial group was obviously better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The O-shaped stent got satisfactory effect for patients with complex posterior urethra stricture, and it is worth applying in primary hospital.
