腹腔镜根治性肾切除治疗幼儿肾母细胞瘤1例报告 被引量：3

摘要 肾母细胞瘤是儿童泌尿系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤，目前通过手术联合放化疗，其治愈率可达90％。开放手术一直在肾母细胞瘤手术治疗中占据重要地位，但近年随着腹腔镜的普及和发展，越来越多的,小儿泌尿外科医师不断尝试在腹腔镜辅助下行小儿肾母细胞瘤根治性肾切除术，并且不断挑战患儿年龄极限[1]。我们2014年10月收治1例14个月患儿，采用腹腔镜辅助技术行根治性肾切除术，报告如下。
