摘要
目的分析响应曲面法优化山楂表儿茶素的提取工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上,应用Box-Behnken设计方法建立数学模型,选择乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数为影响因子,以山楂表儿茶素纯品质量为响应值,进行响应曲面分析。结果确定山楂表儿茶素的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度40%,提取时间2.5 h,提取温度60℃,提取次数3次。在最佳提取工艺条件下,200 g山楂中表儿茶素纯品质量高达14.83 mg。结论本研究的提取工艺与模型高度拟合,可以用于工业生产。
Objective To analysis the extraction process of response surface methodology optimizing epicatechin from Hawthorn. Methods On the basis of the single factor experiment,a mathematical model was established by Box-Behnken design.The influencing factors included ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,and frequency of extraction.The pure quality of hawthorn epicatechin as a response value,response surface was analyzed. Results The optimal extraction process conditions for hawthorn epicatechin were 40%of ethanol concentration,2.5 h for extraction,and extraction temperature being 60℃ for three times.Under the optimal condition,the pure quality of hawthorn epicatechin from 200 g hawthorn was up to 14.83 mg. Conclusion The extraction process highly fits the model, and can be used for industrial production.
