摘要
三氧化二砷(ATO)通过诱导细胞凋亡发挥抗肿瘤作用,近年ATO和线粒体途径凋亡信号通路的关系成为研究的热点,大量研究表明,ATO参与到线粒体途径诱发细胞凋亡的各个环节中,对其机制的研究,为选择ATO增敏剂提供了更广泛的思路,有助于减少ATO剂量以减少细胞毒性作用,并且对于新药的研发具有重要的临床意义。
By inducing cell apoptosis,Arsenic trioxide (ATO) plays a role of anti-tumor.In recent years,the relationship between ATO and mitochondrial apoptosis signaling pathways is becoming a hot research spot.A large number of stud-ies of scholars both at home and abroad have shown that ATO involved in mitochondrial pathway and induced each link of apoptosis.The study of these mechanisms provide a wider range of ideas for us to choose ATO sensitization agent,are helpful to reduce the ATO dose to reduce cytotoxicity effect and have important clinical significance for new drug research and development.
