孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的效果观察

Clinical analysis of montelukast sodium therapy in children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia

目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎（RSVP）的临床效果。方法选取2012年9月～2014年11月我院收治的94例RSVP患儿，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=47）和观察组（n=47）。对照组给予对症基础治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗，对比两组的临床症状和体征改善情况、住院情况、临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组体温恢复正常时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘憋消失时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0.01），住院费用低于对照组（P〈0.01）。观察组的治疗总有效率为93.6%，显著高于对照组的74.5%（χ2=6.425，P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应率为8.5%，与对照组的6.4%相比较，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.137，P〉0.05）。结论采用孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿RSVP，能够快速缓解患儿的病情，提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium therapy in children with respiratory syn-cytial virus pneumonia （RSVP）. Methods 94 children with RSVP in our hospital from September 2012 to November 2014 were selected.They were divided into control group （n=47） and observation group （n=47） according to the random number table method.The control group was given basic treatment,while the observation group was given montelukast sodium on the basis of control group.Clinical symptoms and signs,hospitalization,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups was compared.Results The defervescence time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,the cough disappeared time,wheezing disappearance time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P〈0.01）,and the hospitalization costs in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）.The total effective rate in observation group was 93.6%,which was significantly higher than 74.5% of control group（χ2=6.425,P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate in observation group and control group were respectively 8.5%and 6.4% with no statistically significant difference （χ2=0.137,P〉0.05）. Conclusion In children with RSVP,montelukast sodium can alleviate the patient’s condition quickly,and improve the effect of treatment.
