2803名学龄前儿童视力的筛查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解我市开发区幼儿园学龄前儿童的视力状况,以便更好地开展儿童视力保健服务。方法用国产MOPTIM手持自动验光仪对开发区幼儿园2803名3~6岁儿童视力筛查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果2803名学龄前儿童屈光异常检出率为7.28%(204/2803),男、女童屈光异常检出率分别为6.76%(102/1508)和7.88%(102/1295),差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.10,P〉0.05)。3~〈4、4~〈5、5~〈6、6~〈7岁各年龄组屈光异常检出率分别为6.95%(39/561)、7.01%(61/870)、7.42%(67/903)、7.89%(37/469),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.47,P>0.05)。儿童屈光状态以散视最多,占61.3%(125/204),其次为远视,占36.3%(74/204),近视最少,占2.5%(5/204),差异有统计学意义(χ2=201.4,P〈0.01)。结论学龄前儿童屈光异常状态不容忽视,视力筛查仪检测方便、实用,适合在学龄前儿童视力筛查中使用。 Objective To understand preschool children’s visual acuity in development area of our city,for further im-proving children’s eye health care. Methods 2803 kindergarten children,age from 3 to 6 years,were selected and their vision was screened with handheld refractometer (MOPTIM,made in China).Then statistical analysis of data was given. Results The refractive abnormal rate was 7.28%(204/2803) in kindergarten children.The abnormal rate in boys and girls were 6.76%(102/1508) and 7.88% (102/1295) respectively,and the difference had no statistically significant (χ2=1.10,P>0.05).The abnormal rate in age group of 3-〈4,4-〈5,5-〈6,6-〈7 years were 6.95% (39/561),7.01% (61/870), 7.42% (67/903),7.89% (37/469) respectively,and the difference had no statistically significant (χ2=0.47,P〉0.05).Refrac-tive status of children with abnormal vision was mainly blanking,occupying 61.3% (125/204);followed by hyperopia,oc-cupying 36.3% (74/204);myopia at least,occupying 2.5% (5/204),and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=201.4,P〈0.01). Conclusion Refractive status of preschool children with abnormal vision should not be ignored,and vi-sion screening instrument is suitable for preschool children as its advantages in convenience and functional.
