管道护理不良事件的原因分析及其对策

Reason analysis and measures of adverse events in pipe nursing

为保障患者安全,更好地为患者提供优质高效的护理服务,持续改进护理质量,笔者将医院不良事件网报系统中呈报的64例管道护理不良事件资料进行分析,通过建立非惩罚性护理安全不良事件报告制度,制订应急预案,完善管道护理工作流程,合理调配人力资源,加强安全管理和业务知识培训,增进护患沟通和细化健康教育等一系列管理对策,能够避免和减少管道不良事件发生,为患者安全和风险管理提供依据。

In order to ensure the security and provide better quality nursing service for patients,and continue to improve the quality of nursing,the author analyzes 64 cases of pipe nursing adverse events data which reproted from hospital adverse events.By a series of management measures,such as establishment the none punitive nursing safety event reporting system,mading emergency program,improving the process of pipe nursing,allocating human resources reasonable,strengthening safety management and business knowledge training,promoting communication between nurses and patients and detailing health education,can avoid and reduce piping adverse events and provide basis for patient safety and risk management.
