个性化护理对肺结核患者化疗后胃肠道不良反应的影响效果

Influence effect of individualized nursing on gastrointestinal adverse reactions of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after chemotherapy

目的：观察个性化护理措施对肺结核患者化疗后胃肠道不良反应的影响。方法选择2012年1月～2015年3月我院收治的84例肺结核化疗患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组在对照组基础上采用个性化护理措施，比较两组胃肠道不良反应发生率及程度和护理满意度。结果观察组恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、厌食以及腹泻等胃肠道反应发生率及胃肠道不良反应程度显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组的护理满意度为92.86%，显著高于对照组的71.43%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对肺结核化疗患者采取个性化护理措施可以降低胃肠道不良反应发生率及程度，提高护理满意度，具有推广及应用价值。

Objective To investigate the influence of individualized nursing on the gastrointestinal adverse reactions of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis after chemotherapy. Methods 84 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis chemother-apy in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing measures,the ob-servation group was given individualized nursing measures on the basis of the control group.The incidences and degree of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction in two groups were compared. Results The incidences and degree of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anorexia and diarrhea in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with significant differences （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 71.43% of control group, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of individualized nursing measures among the patients receiving pulmonary tuberculosis chemotherapy can reduce the incidences and degree of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and can improve the nursing satisfaction,it has the promotion and application value.
