心理干预对剖宫产患者焦虑情绪及硬膜外麻醉效果的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on anxiety emotion and anesthetic efficacy in patients with cesarean section

目的观察心理干预对剖宫产患者焦虑情绪及硬膜外麻醉效果的影响。方法选择2014年6月-2015年2月我院妇产中心拟择期在硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产手术患者70例，将其随机分为对照组和干预组，每组35例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组在此基础上实施心理干预。分别于术前1d（To）、麻醉前（T，）和术毕（T2）采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价患者的焦虑程度，并对硬膜外麻醉效果进行评价。结果干预组T1和T2的SAS评分低于对照组（P〈0．05），麻醉效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预能缓解剖宫产手术患者的焦虑情绪，并改善硬膜外麻醉的效果，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety emotion and anesthetic efficacy in patients with cesarean section. Methods 70 patients scheduled for cesarean section admitted into our hospital from June 2014 to February 2015 were selected and evenly divided into control group and intervention group,35 cases in each group.The control group was received regular nursing,intervention group was given psychological intervention on the basis of regular nursing.The anxiety of patients were measured by self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） score at 1 d before operation（T0）,before anesthesia（T~） and after finishing operation（T2）,and anesthetic efficacy in two groups was recorded also. Resuls Compared with control group, the score of SAS in intervention group at T~ and T2 was lower than those of control group （P〈O.05）,and the anesthetic efficacy in intervention group better than that of the control group,the differ- ence was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention ban obviously relieve the anxiety emotion of pa- tients with cesarean section,and improve the effect of epidural anesthesia.h is worthy of clinic application.
