摘要
为满足生产需求,通过优化钢坯的加热、穿孔轧制及后续的热处理工艺,成功开发出P92铁素体耐热钢无缝钢管。该无缝钢管内外表面质量良好,且钢管尺寸精度高。对热处理后的钢管进行组织分析与性能检测,各项指标均满足ASME-SA335标准要求,高温性能优异,经过长时间时效试验后组织稳定。
In order to meet production needs, P92 ferrite heat resistant seamless steel pipe was successfully developed by the optimization of billet heating, piercing and subsequent heat treatment process. The said steel pipe presented good internal and external quality and had highly precise dimension.Structure analysis and property inspection were conducted on steel pipe after heat treatment. All indices met the requirement by ASME-SA335 Standard. The product possessed excellent properties and its structure remained stable in long term ageing test.
