摘要
利用复合形法优化原理,通过样本数据优化得出端淬试样固定硬度处的端淬距离与化学成分关系公式。通过与实际数据对比,验证了公式的正确性,可根据不同淬硬深度要求来设计材料化学成分,可用于指导生产。
Complex method optimization principle was utilized to derive the formula for the relationship between the distance and chemical composition of end quenching at fixed hardness via sample data optimization. Comparison was made with actual data and proved the correctness of the formula. The chemical composition of the material can be designed according to the requirement of different quenching depth, which can be used to guide the production.
