摘要
采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试、断口分析和金相检验等方法,对减速机齿轮轴发生断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:齿轮轴从键槽上应力集中位置开始的旋转弯曲疲劳断裂,起裂源区存在对弯曲应力敏感的应力集中,使齿轮轴抗风险工作载荷的安全裕度较小是导致疲劳断裂发生的重要原因,为提出改善措施提供了重要依据。
The cause of fracture of reducer gear shaft was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, fracture analysis and metallographic inspection. Test results showed that the important reason for fatigue fracture was small safety margin for the risk resistant working load of gear shaft induced by stress concentration in crack source area sensitive to bending stress when gear shaft started rotating, bending and breaking in stress concentrated place in keyway. The paper provides important basis for putting forward improvement measures.
