摘要
为满足信息化需求,利用互联网信息技术,采用三层B/S系统结构,ASP.NET作为开发工具,Net Cert 500作为用户的数字证书签发系统,Arguskey100 auto作为数字证书的载体,结合Net Sign数字签名服务器软件V5.2系统和ESS电子签章系统,开发出天津钢管制造有限公司电子商务合同管理平台,降低了成本,提高了工作效率以及合同管理信息化水平。
In order to meet informatization demand, TPCO e-commerce contract management platform with three layered B/S system structure was developed via internet information technology with ASP.NET as developing tool and Net Cert500 as client digital certificate issuing system and Arguskey100 auto as a carrier for digital certificate in combination with Net Sign digital signature server software V5.2 system and ESS electronic signature and stamp system. The platform reduced costs and improved working efficiency and the level of contract management informatization.
