摘要
科研人员的薪酬制度问题一直都是各个国家科研管理体系和薪酬调整机制的重要内容。本文首先对美国整体的薪酬制度和科研体系做一个简要介绍,并在此基础上分析了美国科研人员的薪酬制度。美国科研机构一般采用的是岗位薪酬体系,主要通过工作内容及评价的不同来确定工作资格、岗位任务职责及其薪酬差异,以此来确保制度的公开性、公正性和公平性。最后在此基础上提出对我国调整科研人员薪酬机制的借鉴意义。
The salary system of scientific institutes is an emphasis of salary adjustment mechanism and management regime for science and technology. First of all, a brief introduction of the United States salary system and scientific research system as a whole is given, in order to better understand the scientific research personnel salary system. Generally, the United States scientific institutes adopt the post-performance salary system, which determines the qualification, duty and salary difference of the job through job evaluation to ensure the openness, objectiveness and fairness of the system. And then, it gives suggestions on perfecting the scientific research personnel salary system in China.
