总包模式下塔中高危井监督管理浅析

Analysis of Supervision and Management of High Risk Wells under Overall Contract Mode in Central Tarim Gasfield

塔中I号气田属于典型的碳酸盐岩压力敏感性气田,且高含硫化氢,井控安全环保形势严峻,在钻井承包方式上采用总包钻井方式。针对塔中钻井面临的高风险和钻井承包方式,塔中在钻井现场监督管理模式上进行了多年的探索实践,逐步形成了以监督组为管理主体,以井控安全、环境友好为目标,以能岗匹配、安全文化建设和激励考核机制为手段的高风险总包井监督管理模式,进一步推动了总包模式下高风险井监督管理规范化。

No.1 gas field in central Tazhong is a typical carbonate rock gas field with pressure sensitivity, and it is of high content of H2 S, so its safety requirement to well control and environmental protection is high. For this reason, the well drilling in the gasfield is overall contract mode. In facing the high risk in drilling and the drilling contract mode, a field drilling supervision and management mode for high risk wells is gradually formed through the exploration and practice in many years, in which the supervision group is taken as the main body in management, and the well control safety and the environmental friendly as the objective and the matching of ability with position, the safety culture construction and the incentive assessment mechanism as means. This supervision and management mode further promotes the standardization of the supervision and management for high risk wells under general contract mode.
