摘要
固井施工是一次性、隐蔽性、高成本工程,施工环节和参数对后续工程作业影响深远,因此需要进一步加强现场工程监督管理,通过分析尾管固井"插旗杆"实例,探讨了工程监督的职责和定位,同时提出了固井施工监督要点,以便为加强固井施工监督管理提供借鉴。
Cementing construction is one-time, hidden, high cost engineering, and the construction process and parameters is of the important influence on the follow-up operations of the wells. Therefore, the field engineering supervision and management need to further be strengthened. The responsibilities of field engineering supervision are discussed through the analysis of the ＂inserting flagstick＂ in liner cementing, and some key points to cementing construction supervision are put forward to provide reference for strengthening the supervision and management of cementing construction.
