摘要
采油班组是油田企业的细胞,班组安全工作管理的好坏,直接影响企业经济效益和持续发展。将采油班组现场在安全管理中存在的问题进行细化,总结出采油班组在安全管理工作中主要存在着管理环节薄弱、生产设备老化、人员安全意识不高、安全风险多等问题。针对采油班组安全管理工作中存在的问题,结合现场实际,在全井区推广和完善工作前安全分析。旨在解决人的安全管理意识及责任划分问题,从而解决人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态,达到现场生产安全。现场实践表明,工作现场违章操作、违章指挥、违反劳动纪律的现象大幅减少,在追求作业现场"零缺陷"、"零事故"中取得较大成效。
Oil production teams are the cells of an oilfield enterprise, the safety management of the teams directly affects the economic benefit and the sustainable development of the enterprise. Through the decomposition of the field work of the oil production teams,the safety problems in the field work of the oil production teams are summarized as follows: management is weak, production equipment is aged, personnel security awareness is not high, and there are security risks in field. In view of the problems in the safety management of the oil production teams, combined with the actual situation, the safety analysis before working is promoted in the wellblock and perfected, which aims to improving human safety management consciousness and responsibility, so as to correct the unsafe behavior of persons and the unsafe state of things and to realize the safe production. Practice shows that the promotion and improvement of the safety analysis before working greatly decreases illegal operations, illegal command, the phenomenon of violating labor discipline in field, great results are achieved in the pursuit of zero defect, zero accident.
