摘要
介绍了伊朗淀粉-饱和盐水体系,并对钻井液性能的影响因素进行分析;针对该体系的不足,提出了可行的改进方案;通过室内研究,提高了该体系的流变性、护胶能力、抑制能力以及抗污染能力等,并得出最优体系配方;先后将该体系应用于伊朗北阿地区AZNN-009井、AZNN-016井、AZNN-018井,现场施工顺利,钻井液性能稳定;现场实践证明,优选出的钻井液体系适合伊朗北阿地区的三开高压井段,并在该区块应用取得成功。
The starch-saturated salt water drilling fluid system is introduced, and the factors influencing the performance of the drilling fluid are analyzed. The feasible improvement scheme is put forward in view of the shortage of the system. The rheological property, the glue protecting ability, the inhibition ability and the pollution resistance of the system are improved by laboratory research, and the optimal system formula is obtained. The system is applied to the AZNN-009 well, AZNN-016 well and AZNN-018 well in Iran Beia area, the field construction is smooth and the drilling fluid performance is stable. The optimized drilling fluid system is suitable for high pressure well section in the area. The application of the drilling fluid system in Iran Beia area is successful.
