摘要
液体的稳定度取决于一个无量纲系数,定义为静矩与惯性矩关系系数,从理论上研究该系数所具有的性质对解决液体体系的平衡问题具有重要意义。分析了矩形绕端点在其所在平面内旋转时,静矩与惯性矩关系系数p'y和p'x的性质。
