基于布里渊散射的高频可调谐微波信号产生技术的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了获得高频可调谐微波信号,首先设计了一种基于MSP430F149单片机的温度控制系统.该控制系统通过温度传感器TMP112进行温度信息采集,驱动电路产生的PWM波信号驱动TEC芯片;其次,利用设计获得的温度控制系统,提出并验证了一种高频可调谐微波信号产生的方法:利用光纤布里渊散射放大效应获得多波长激光器;通过光纤滤波器滤波获得了高频微波信号输出;调节温度控制系统的驱动电压控制增益光纤的温度,获得22.055~22.121GHz的可调谐微波信号。如果进一步改变控制系统的温度调谐范围可以获得更宽的微波信号输出。 In order to obtain high frequency tunable microwave signal, firstly, the temperature control system based on MSP430F149 microcontroller is designed, and a digital temperature sensor of TMP112 is used to collect temperature information, TEC chip is derived by the generated Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) from the controlled circuit. Secondly, by using the temperature control system, a method obtained high frequency tunable microwave signal generation is proposed and experimentally demonstrated, multi wavelength laser is obtained by using the Brillouin scattering amplification effect in optical fiber, through the optical fiber filters the high frequency microwave signal is obtained. The temperature controller is used to control the temperature of the optical fiber, and by adjusting the temperature of the controller, the tunable microwave signal from 22.055 to 22. 121GHz can be obtained. The tunable frequency range can be further expanded by using a temperature control system with a wider adjustment range.
