摘要
主要通过试验研究一种含氟杂环化合物——4-三氟甲基-2-吡咯甲酸的绿色合成工艺,该试验方法是以L-羟脯氨酸为原料,经保护、氧化、加成、脱保护反应得到4-三氟甲基-2-吡咯甲酸,总收率为51.32%,其结构经1HNMR确证。
This paper mainly study on a kind of green synthesis process about fluoride heterocyclic compounds which is 4 - （ triflu- oromethyl） - 1H - pyrrole - 2 - earhoxylic acid. This test method is based on the L - hydroxyproline as raw material.
