高校教师职业认同感作为教师的情感系统,影响着教师个体的离职倾向与专业发展,并在很大程度上决定了我国高等教育服务的质量和高校的发展前景。通过对高校教师职业认同感的内涵、功能作用和影响因素等几个核心问题进行分析,提出提升高校教师职业认同感的对策,以促进国家高等教育的建设和创新发展。

College teachers＇ professional identity as teachers＇ affective system, affects teachers＇ turnover intention and professional development, and to a great extent, determines higher education service quality and college development prospect. Through the analysis of core issues, such as the connotation, function and influence factors of college teachers＇ professional identity, the researchers put forwards some countermeasures to improve college teachers＇ professional identity, so as to promote the construction and innovation of higher education.
