摘要
船舶建造是一项复杂的工作,需要设计和施工建造部门协同合作。在保证建造质量的前提下,如何缩短工时是目前大多数船厂都在探索的问题。渤海船舶重工有限责任公司针对目前船舶建造过程中遇到的问题,总结出一种新的船舶建造管理理念,即船舶建造项目管理,并将其应用于210 000 t散货船的建造过程中。实践结果表明:在船舶施工现场应用项目管理加快了造船进度,提高了造船精度,优化了船舶建造体系,从整体上提升了企业的综合竞争力。
Ship construction is a complicated work, which needs the cooperation of the design department and the construction department. On the premise of ensuring ship construction quality, how to shorten the working hours is the problem that most shipyards are exploring. Bohai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.sums up a new ship construction management philosophy, i.e. ship construction project management, aiming at the problems encountered in the current shipbuilding process, and applying it to the 210 000 t bulk cargo ship construction process. The project management application in the ship construction site accelerates the ship construction schedule, improves the ship construction accuracy, optimizes the ship construction system, and enhances the enterprise' comprehensive competitiveness on the whole.
