摘要
为了降低异步电动机运行时的损耗,提高运行效率,提出了一种在线搜索节能优化控制方法。通过在一定工况条件下,在线搜索定子电流isq与isd最优比值,使得电动机输入功率最小,损耗最低。该方法不需要随电动机转矩变化而重新搜索最优值,减少了搜索次数、搜索时间和搜索过程的转矩脉动,且该方法不需要复杂的算法,易于实现。通过搭建硬件实验平台,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
In order to reduce the loss of light running of asynchronousmotor and improve operation efficiency,an online search method of energy saving was proposed. By online searching the optimal ratio of stator current isqand isdunder the condition of certain conditions,the minimum input power and the minimum loss were obtained. This method does not need to search again along with the change of the electromagnetic torque of asynchronous motor which reduce the number of search,search time and torque ripple in searching process. The experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
