PMSM直接转矩控制中功率因数角与磁链关系研究

摘要 针对永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统中给定磁链的确定问题,提出了一种通过功率因数角计算给定磁链的方法。在建立了永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统数学模型的基础上,通过分析功率因数角、转矩、转速与定子磁链之间的关系,导出了在转速测量值和转矩估算已知、功率因数角给定情况下的定子磁链幅值。将该磁链给定方法嵌入在永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制系统的MATLAB仿真模型中,仿真结果表明,系统能够有效地控制电机在给定功率因数角下运行。 In direct torque control( DTC) system of permanent magnet synchronous motor( PMSM),to determine the given flux was an important issue. A method for calculating given flux through the power factor angle was proposed. Based on the established mathematical model of PMSM DTC system,relationships between the power factor angle,torque,speed and stator flux were analyzed in the method. The stator flux was exported by the method when the speed measurement,the torque estimate and the power factor angle were known or given. The given flux method was embedded in the MATLAB simulation model of PMSM DTC system. Simulation results show that the system can effectively control the motor running at a given power factor angle.
