Practice of Mending Breast Roll for E2 Rolling Mill in1580 mm Production Line

针对E2轧机机架辊频繁损坏现象,对机架辊轴承座和干油泵进行了改进,重新设计了机架辊独立润滑系统和机架辊挡水装置,使机架辊使用寿命提高了2倍。

For the problem of frequent damages of the breast roll for the E2 rolling mill,the bearing block for the breast roll and the grease pump were upgrade by redesigning the independent lubrication system and the water retaining device for the breast roll and as a result the service life of the breast roll is increased by 2 times.
