摘要 [目的]蓖麻碱具有很好的杀虫活性,优选植物源杀虫剂蓖麻碱微乳剂的最佳配方。[方法]以初始、室温24 h、冷藏、热贮4种条件下体系外观的综合评分为自变量,运用Box-Behnken试验考察蓖麻碱、乳化剂、助溶剂的不同配比对蓖麻碱微乳剂稳定性的影响,筛选最佳配方。[结果]以3%蓖麻碱、15%乳化剂、15%助溶剂制成的制剂最稳定。[结论]综合评分结合响应面法筛选的工艺科学合理,为蓖麻碱微乳剂最佳配方的筛选提供参考。 [Aims] Ricinine show excellent pesticidal activity, therefore, the aims of the present research were to optimize the formula for botanical insecticide of ricinine microemulsion. [Methods] With comprehensive score of system appearance under the conditions of the initial, room temperature for 24 h, refi-igerated, hot storage as independent variables, Box-Behnken experimental design was adopted to investigate the effects of proportions of ricinine, emulsifiers and solvents on the stability of ricinine microemulsion, as a result, the optimal formula was determined. [Results] The most stable formula was ricinine 3%, emulsifier 15%, cosolvent 15%. [Conclusions] Comprehensive score evaluation combined with response surface methodology is scientific and reasonable, which providing reference for the best formula screening of ricinine microemulsion.
