改性麦糟吸附亚甲基蓝模拟废水试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为更好的去除废水中的亚甲基蓝,采用麦糟作为吸附剂,并对麦糟进行改性处理.采用单因素试验方法,研究了麦糟的不同改性条件及不同吸附条件对吸附效果的影响.试验结果表明,乙酸铵改性麦糟最优改性条件为:40℃温度条件下,用1.0 mol/L的乙酸铵溶液改性90 min.最优吸附条件为:室温下,初始亚甲基蓝浓度为100 mg/L,溶液p H为7,改性麦糟投加量为2 g/L,反应时间30 min,去除率可达98.2%,改性麦糟对亚甲基蓝的吸附量为49.1 mg/g,吸附效果明显优于原麦糟.吸附动力学研究结果表明,该吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学模型. In order to adsorb methylene blue from water, modified spent grains were used as adsorbent in the study. By one-factor experiments, the effects of different modification conditions of spent grains and different adsorption conditions on the adsorption were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimized conditions of ammonium acetate modified spent grains are as follows: spent grains modified by 1.0 mol/L ammonium acetate 90 rain at 40 ~C. The optimized adsorption conditions are as follows: at room temperature, initial methylene blue concentration 100 mg/L, the solution of pH 7, adsorbent dosage 2 g/L and reaction time 30 min, the removal effect was up to 98.2 %. The adsorptive amount of modified spent grains was 49.1 mg/g,which was obviously better than the original spent grains. The results of adsorption kinetics study indicate that the adsorption process conforms to the pseudo-second order adsorption kinetics model.
