On Japanese War Criminals Trial of the National Government after Winning Anti-Japanese War

抗战胜利后,国民政府确立"宽而不纵"、"以德报怨"的审判日本战犯方针,制定相关法律法规,成立战争罪犯处理委员会和各地军事法庭,逮捕、审判和惩处了一批罪大恶极的日本战犯,一定程度上为惨遭日本侵略者虐杀的死难同胞找回了公道,洗刷了近代中国人的百年耻辱。但是,直到20世纪80年代,中国学界才开始关注这一重要历史事件,且至今主要集中于国民政府审判日本战犯的方针、政策、历史经过与价值评判,以及最具代表性的南京审判方面,研究视野相对狭窄,研究方法比较单一,研究成果也不太丰富。故而,关于国民政府审判日本战犯研究,需要广泛挖掘史料,拓宽研究视野,细化研究内容,引入新的研究方法,从而推动这一研究向深度和广度发展。

After winning the Anti-Japanese War,on the basis of the principle＂requiting evil with good＂and＂moderately legal＂,the National Government arrested,trialed and punished a batch of Japanese war criminals guilty of terrible crimes by formulating relevant laws and regulations,establishing commission and military courts of war criminals,which,to a certain extent,claimed the justice for the victims and washed the modern China＇s century-shame. However,it is not until the 1980 s that Chinese academic circles have begun to focus on this important historical event,mainly centering on the trial guidelines,policies,historical process and value judgment of the National Government,the Nanjing Trial being the representative. Due to its narrowperspective and simple research method,not much academic achievement has been made. Therefore,it is suggested in this paper that concerning the Japanese war criminals trial of the National Government,we should extensively explore the historical materials,broaden the research vision and refine the contents by the introduction of the newmethods,so as to promote the development to the depth and breadth.
