轴承副摩擦生热对实心/空心滚珠丝杠变形影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 随着机床滚珠丝杠进给速度的提高,由滚珠丝杠轴承副摩擦产生的热量传递到滚珠丝杠上的热量也越多,同时由于滚珠丝杠轴承端热变形对滚珠丝杠变形的影响也逐渐凸显。为了研究清楚滚珠丝杠受热变形的影响,分析轴承副摩擦生热,并通过实例计算,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS仿真,将计算热流量加载到发热部位,比较实心/空心滚珠丝杠热变形对滚珠丝杠变形的影响,提出带冷却的空心滚珠丝杠可以控制滚珠丝杠热变形的依据,为空心滚珠丝杠热特性研究提出理论依据。 The speed of machine tools feed system is raising,meanwhile,the frictional heat generated by ball bearings transfers more to ball screwwhich causes larger thermal deformations. The heat will be calculated and in order to figure out the influence on Solid / Hollowbearing screwof the thermal deformation,ANSYS which is a FEA software will be applied to analysis. By comparing the data,it shows the priority of controlling thermal deformations of hollowball screwand the deformational influence of ball screwby thermal deformation in this article.
