摘要
以Visual C#为开发工具,构建了基于C/S体系结构的车床轻量化设计数据库,其体系结构包括:数据库、数据源、数据评价验证系统和应用开发系统四方面。根据机床轻量化设计流程,建立了数据库应用系统框架,重点介绍了车床结构设计中的基本结构单元和结构件生命周期评价方法在车床轻量化设计数据库中的应用。文中建立的车床轻量化设计数据库系统涵盖了从切削工况分析、结构轻量化设计、性能分析计算到评价的全过程,满足了机床行业对专业分析软件的基本要求。
In this article a database system of lathe structural parts lightweight design based on the Client /Server is developed,mainly using Visual C # as development tool. There are four aspects in the database system,including database,data source,data evaluation verification system and application development system. According to the lathe lightweight design process,a framework of the database application system is established,which mainly introduces the application of basic structural units and structural parts life cycle assessment method of the lathe structural design in the lathe lightweight design database. The database system of lathe structural parts lightweight design covers the cutting condition analysis,structural parts lightweight design,performance analysis and calculation,performance evaluation,and it meets the basic requirements of professional analysis software for machine tool industry.
