摘要
针对机械滚动轴承发生故障时产生的振动信号具有调制的特点,在便携式故障诊断系统中采用Hilbert变换的方法实现了对机械故障信号包络的提取,以利于便携式故障诊断系统实现对机械滚动轴承的故障诊断。对完成该包络提取方法的硬件组成进行了阐述,介绍了该方法的软件流程图和软件设计中的要点。将该方法应用在便携式故障诊断系统上能够精确并且快速地提取出机械故障信号的包络,实现调制波与载波的分离,特别适用于便携式故障诊断系统对机械故障信号包络的提取。
Based on the fact that modulation can be found in the vibration signal of roller bearing when there are faults,extracting mechanical fault signal's envelope is implemented in the portable fault diagnosis system by the method of Hilbert transform,in order to facilitate the realization of portable fault diagnosis system for machinery fault diagnosis of rolling bearing. The hardware components used to complete the envelope extraction are described; the software flowchart and the key points in the software design of the method are introduced. The application of this method can accurately and quickly extract the envelope of mechanical fault signals in the portable fault diagnosis system,carrier wave and modulation wave are separated,especially suitable for extracting mechanical fault signal's envelope in the portable fault diagnosis system.
