摘要
针对整体叶轮五轴数控加工工艺质量和精度的提高,研究了整体叶轮加工前置中沿流道深度方向均匀分层策略加工的刀具轨迹规划、保持刀轴矢量与叶轮被加工曲面的切线垂直及其平滑处理、多目标切削参数优化等关键技术,并基于IMSpost开发了叶轮专用后置处理器,快速、精确地生成了优化的叶轮NC程序,解决了叶轮加工中存在的过切、欠切、干涉等问题。生产应用表明:开发的整体叶轮专用后置处理器自动生成高质量、高精度的叶轮NC程序,能够充分发挥数控机床的加工效能,有效地提高了整体叶轮的加工质量和加工效率,为叶轮零件的制造提供了技术支持。
For improving the quality and precision of integral impeller in five-axis NC machining process,several key technologies were studied including the integral impeller processing channels along the depth direction in homogeneous layered processing tool path planning strategy,Keeping the tool axis vector is perpendicular to the tangent to the surface of the impeller and smooth processing,multi goal optimization of cutting parameters. And based on the IMSpost to develop the special post processor of impeller,Fast and accurately generate optimized impeller NC program. To solve the impeller machining in the presence of overcut,undercut,interference and other issues. The practical application shows that: the development of special post impeller automatically generates high-quality,high-precision NC program,can give full play to the processing efficiency of CNC machine. Effectively improve the machining quality and efficiency of integrated impeller,Provides technical support for the manufacturing of impeller parts.
