摘要 教育改革势在必行,是因为一种全新的世界观正在全球范围内产生影响。现代工业化教育以工具理性为特征,归根结底是谋职教育,而谋职教育是"半人"教育,甚至是"非人"教育。马克思对教育异化的批判和毛泽东对教育方针的概括,以及西方学者对现代教育富有启迪的反思,为我们指出了新的教育哲学的思路——以培育完整人为目标的全人教育。全人教育理念旨在培养全面发展的人。全人教育既是一种新的教育思想,也是一种新的哲学思想。全人教育的"全人"导向内置着天然的伦理向度,并将在培植心灵深处的善根、促进人际和谐、倡导天人相依的生态伦理等方面提供教育支持。 A kind of brand-new world outlook is exerting an effect around the world,so education reform is imperative. Modern industrialized education,featured by instrumental rationality,is ultimately to seek employment,and the employment education has become half-man education,or even non-man education instead of holistic education.Marx's criticism of the education dissimilation and Mao ze-dong generalization of educational policy,and western scholars' reflection of modern education enlightenment——all have pointed out the new thought of education philosophy for us,i. e,to foster whole persons as the goal of education. The holistic education concept aims to cultivate allround development of whole persons. Holistic education is not only a new education thought but also a new philosophy thought. With its built-in natural ethic dimensions,holistic education provides educational support in the aspects of cultivating good roots in their hearts,promoting interpersonal harmony and advocating the dependence of nature and ecological ethics,etc.
