摘要
为了克服国内出现的投降危险,打破日军在华北的囚笼政策,彭德怀发动了百团大战。百团大战选择在1940年8月发动的原因,是因为"敌寇有于八月间进犯西安之企图"。百团大战的作战部署和经过贯穿着朱德"掩护西北"和毛泽东"为保卫潼关及西安而战"的战略目的,最终是为了保卫延安及陕甘宁边区的安全。
In order to stop the risk of surrender and break the Japanese caging policy in North China,Peng De-huai launched the Hundred Regiments Campaign. It was launched in August 1940 because the Japanese invaders attempted to attack Xi＇an in August. The strategic targets for Zhu De＇s sheltering northwest and Mao Ze-dong＇s protecting Tongguan and Xi＇an were included in the operational deployment and process,its final goal was to defend the safety of Yan＇an and Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region.
