Rural Public Sports Services in China: the Status,Problems and Future Outlook

农村公共体育服务是我国学界日益关注的新领域,其研究主要集于基础理论构建、基本现状描述、供给方式探索、均等化探讨、运行机制探究及对策探寻等维度;但仍存公共政策丰富而深入研究不足、管理理论多而综合融入少、研究内容定型而实践略缺、研究方法单一而思路待拓等问题;因此,需加强政策解析与实施追踪、拓宽理论视野与学科视角、兼顾研究重点与专题突破、优化方法体系与方案设计,旨为构筑中国特色农村公共体育服务理论奠基。

Rural public sports service is a new and increasingly popular new academic field of study in China,which mainly looks at the basic theory construction,the current situation,methods for the provision of services,equalization,the operating mechanism and problem solving strategies,etc. This field of study faces many problems,though. Public policies abound while in-depth study is far from sufficient,there has been much theory on management with insufficient comprehensive integration of theories and disciplines,not enough work has been done on the practical level,and more research methods are yet to be developed. Therefore,we should strengthen the analysis of policies and the tracking of their implementation effects,broaden theoretical vision and disciplinary perspectives,focus on key and specialized projects,optimize methodology and program design. The purpose of this study is to lay a foundation for theory construction of rural public sports service in China.
