快速、准确地确定弧菌种类能够有效防治弧菌病的发生,利用PCR技术对水产养殖动物的弧菌病进行诊断,通常需要采用靶基因作为基础。近年来,常用的细菌诊断靶基因主要有:16S r DNA、16S-23S r DNA基因间区序列、gyr B基因、dna J基因等看家基因和某些弧菌特定的毒力基因,如tox R基因、tdh基因、trh基因、vvh A基因、ctx A基因等。
