摘要
高庙区块沙溪庙组气藏埋深2300.0-3100.0 m,平均孔隙度8.24%,渗透率0.22 m D,为低孔低渗致密储层。强应力敏、地层出砂及凝析油对储层的伤害,造成压后排液过程中井口压力下降快、返排率低,压后产量下降快。通过室内实验,优化压裂液中破乳剂加量为0.1%、防膨剂加量组合为0.5%WD-5+0.5%BM-B10+1%KCl,支撑剂采用80%的30/50目+20%的40/70目陶粒组合等压裂材料;利用测得的高压流体露点压力(26.2MPa),确定排液压力控制在15 MPa以上;最终形成了适用于高庙沙溪庙凝析油气藏的压裂技术,现场应用的18口井均取得较好效果,较前期平均单井测试产量提高129%。
The depth of Shaximiao gas reservoir at Gaomiao reaches 2300-3100 m,whose average porosity is 8. 24%,permeability is 0. 22 m D,is the low porosity and permeability of tight reservoir. Features of strong stress-sensitive,reservoir damaged by sand production and condensate oil cause fluid pressure in the back during the wellhead pressure to drop quickly,flowback rate to be low,and production postfracture to drop fast. Through laboratory experiments,to optimize the fracturing fluid demulsifier dosage is optimized to 0. 1%,the amount of anti-swelling agent composition is 0. 5% WD-5 + 0. 5% BM-B10 + 1% KCL,with 80% of the proppant 30 /50 mesh +20% of 40 /70 mesh combination fracturing ceramic material; using the measured dew point pressure fluid pressure( 26. 2MPa),to determine the drain at 15 MPa pressure control over; eventually formed a suitable condensate reservoir fracturing technology of Shaximiao group at Gaomiao,18 wells field applications have achieved good results,the previous month average single well test production increased by 129%.
