摘要
井下钢丝作业是目前试井最为普遍的测试方法。在测试过程中由于井下情况复杂、工具串在井筒内的间隙较小,起下过程中工具串因遇阻、遇卡而落井的事故时有发生,直接影响油气井的正常生产。对实际井下钢丝试井作业过程中常见遇阻、遇卡的原因进行分析,并通过仪器的曲线观察,得出深度与张力变化特征,提前判断遇阻、遇卡现象并进行防范的总体思路,可达到消除安全隐患,降低试井风险的目的。
Steel wire operation is currently the most common method to test the well. Due to complex environment in the testing process and the gap between tools string and well bore be small during the well test process,sometimes the tools string falls down into the well because of jam to directly affect the normal production of oil and gas wells. The paper mainly focuses on the reason of tool string jam in actual test operation,by curve observation of the instrument,the whole thought of through the depth and tension changes to judge in advance whether tool string jam or stuck. so as to eliminate safety hazards,and reduce the risk of well testing purposes.
