摘要
针对井下作业中RTTS封隔器一次封隔器不坐封、两次验封不合格问题,进行了封隔器受力、下管速度和套管壁不清洁对封隔器的影响分析,认为下管速度过快产生的水击压力,引起水力锚牙与套管摩擦损坏,套管壁水垢太厚,都会影响水力锚的锚定力,造成封隔器上移而影响密封。以现场应用为例,提出应对措施:油管丝扣要密封,严格控制下工具速度,坐封井段套管要清洁干净,适当增加注水井封隔器的坐封负荷。
In view of problems to the down hole operated RTTS packer of once time of unsetting,two times of checking up for unqualified,the influence of stress,lowering off speed and no clean of casing wall to packer is analyzed. It is thought that the water hammer pressure caused by the too fast speed resulting in damage of it for the friction between hydraulic anchor teeth and casing,scale at casing wall being too thick will affect the anchorage force of hydraulic anchor to cause the packer upward. Taking field application as example,the paper puts forward the countermeasures that are being seal of the tubing thread,the strict control of tool speed,being clean of the casing setting section,increasing setting load of the packer in water injection well.
