我国农村户籍流动人口转户意愿的调查研究——基于2010年流动人口调查数据的分析

Survey on Rural Floating Population's Transferring Household Register Preference:Based on 2010 Floating Population Survey Data Analysis

通过对2010年的流动人口调查数据的描述分析、卡方检验以及回归分析,发现大部分农村户籍的流动人口并不愿意将原有的户口迁到流入地;婚姻状况、是否签订合同、流动范围、职业类型这四个因素对农村户籍流动人口的户口迁移意愿有显著影响,性别、受教育年限、月消费总额、收入、在城市享受到福利的状况对农村户籍流动人口的转户意愿不显著;婚姻状况、签订合同、流动范围、职业类型的不同,流动人口户口转移意愿的概率也不同。为此,应该关注城市中的农村户籍流动人口的生活状况及转户意愿,合理有效地推动我国的户籍制度改革和城市化进程。

This paper,which is based on the analysis of description,chi-square test and regression according to the 2010 floating population survey data,finds that most floating population is unwilling to transfer their original registered residence into the place where they live now.And marriage status,whether signing the contract,flow range and occupation type have significant influence on the floating population＇s transferring household register preference.Besides,the effects of gender,education years,total monthly consumption,income,benefits enjoyed in the city are not outstanding to the population＇s transferring household register preference.And,the difference of marriage status,situation of signing the contract or not,flow range and occupation type of the floating population lead to their different transferring household register preference.Therefore,we should pay attention to the living conditions and their wishes of the rural household floating population in the city,so as to promote the reform of the household registration system and the process of urbanization in China.
