摘要
办公室是一个单位的综合部、协调部、服务部,承担着上传下达、联系左右、协调各方的职责,对单位服务能力和工作水平具有重要意义。本文基于图书馆办公室效能建设中存在的一些问题,着重从干部队伍、工作标准、程序、方式及自身建设等方面进行论述。
Office is a unit of the comprehensive department,coordination department,service department,which is responsible for the upload issued,contact the parties,the coordination of the responsibilities of the parties,so the service ability and work level has important significance to a unite. Based on some problems existing in the construction of library office efficiency,this paper mainly discusses the cadre team,work standard,procedure,ways,self construction and so on.
